Second Mouth is our new Pink Paradox body horror metalcore track, about a teenager who catches an STI, her suburban family that tells her to get it covered, as the wound under her jaw grows into a second mouth she can't shut.

It's body horror, but it's about something real: being marked by something you didn't choose, and being told to hide it by the people who were supposed to protect you.
