Condemned, a witch story
The wait is over! The official music video for Condemned, a fan favorite from our debut album Broken Dolls is finally here.
Condemned tells a story of fear, cruelty and defiance, the story of a young woman branded a witch, hunted, tortured, and executed not for any crime, but simply for living differently. The video explores the horror of blind fear, bigotry and cruelty, Inspired by the history of the Salem witch trials, medieval persecution, and the brutal punishments inflicted on those society chose to fear. Condemned tells a story as old as humanity itself.
Condemned tells her harrowing story in reverse. Her final moments at the stake unfold first. From there, the video moves backward through time from the brutal punishments and public humiliation she endured, to the moment of her capture in the forest, and finally, to the innocent, peaceful life she once lived.
This structure was inspired by our desire to strip away the layers of judgment society placed on her. By starting with her death and tracing her story back to its origins, we reveal the humanity that fear and cruelty tried to erase. As the video rewinds, viewers witness not only the punishments inflicted upon her, but the intimate, loving moments that made her human—the very things her captors could never destroy.
Condemned explores themes of fear, conformity, love, and injustice. It’s a visual reminder that society’s worst crimes often begin not with violence, but with misunderstanding and prejudice.
For this video, we wanted to tell her story without cutting to band shots or performances. No instruments, no staged scenes. Just raw, unfiltered narrative! Condemned is not just historical fiction. It’s a reflection of real tragedies, both past and present. It’s a music video for those who were silenced and those who still are.
We hope you’ll not only watch her story but carry it with you. Because even in the darkest periods of history our voices rise and our stories matter. No one should ever be condemned for wanting to live free.
