This track from our sophomore album Crown of Thorns didn't pull punches the first time around, and it still doesn't. We wrote The Cable Girl about the world we actually grew up in, with screens instead of presence, algorithms instead of instinct, thirty-second clips instead of memory. The music video goes exactly where the song goes: dark, uncompromising, and completely unwilling to look away.

This one's for the metalheads who want their heavy music to mean something beyond the breakdown, for everyone who's ever bought something, scrolled past it, and felt absolutely nothing, for everyone who knows the scam and wants to stop participating in it.
